Hey, I’m Tony!

I regularly speak with young people in care, offering encouragement, sharing my journey, and reminding them that their past does not define their future. I also engage with foster parents, helping them understand the importance of connection, empathy, and consistent support in building trust with the youth in their care.

I use my lived experience in foster care as a platform to inspire, inform, and empower others.

Tony is a well-renowned Advocate and Champion for transition-age young adults impacted by the Child Welfare system in NYC to bring out their utmost potential.

He collaborates with child welfare agencies to provide training and insight on authentic youth engagement, emphasizing the value of listening to young people, including them in decision-making, and creating systems that uplift their voices and experiences.

Through every encounter with Tony I have been transformed. Thank you for being a friend.
